Cryptobeam is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our executive leadership team.
The CMO will set and implement Cryptobeam marketing strategy, define its core marketing metrics, and drive measurable impact on key outcomes such as brand awareness, community growth and user adoption. The CMO achieves this through by owning these areas of responsibility:
- Lead Cryptobeam’s product marketing efforts to ensure strong product/market-fit and drive effective differentiation relative to Cryptobeam’s competitors over time.
- Articulate Cryptobeam’s value proposition through clear and user-friendly marketing messaging across marketing site, product experience, social media, community, and partner channels
- Set the KPIs for the marketing department, and manage the marketing budget across various campaigns and channels to ensure it delivers a net positive ROI
- Develop creative marketing campaigns designed to engage and scale Cryptobeam community with new product announcements, partnerships, and unique web3-native promotions (eg. NFTs, airdrops, giveaways, etc.)
- Build and optimize Cryptobeam portfolio of marketing channels including content marketing & SEO (eg. blog, social, community AMAs, etc.), paid advertising (eg. Google, Facebook, Reddit, Quora Ads, etc.), public relations (press, speaking engagements, conferences, partnerships, etc.) to grow community engagement and feature adoption
- Collaborate with the product and operations functions to update Bifrost’s product UX/UI, and ensuring new features are being understood and adopted accordingly, support future product innovation and go to market strategy to optimize revenue growth
